When can I expect my Black Friday order to ship?
Please note that most of our furniture is made-to-order and takes about 3½ months to ship. Quick Ship items may arrive in 2–6 weeks. If you order both types, the entire order will ship when the custom pieces are ready unless you choose to pay extra for separate shipping.
How do I redeem my gift pack and when is the shipment?
After completing your order, we will send you details on how to redeem your gift pack. Shipment will be processed according to the same timelines as your furniture order. If your gift pack is a Quick Ship item, it will ship sooner, typically within 2–6 weeks.
